Shipping policy

Flying Ostrich ships throughout the continental United States except for Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.

Orders ship via UPS, and we aim to get everything out the door within 24 hours on business days. Once your package is with the carrier, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

If we’re handling a high volume of orders, shipping times may be slightly longer, thank you for your patience.
